Auronda Scalera
Auronda Scalera is an art curator, art consultant that lives between London, Dubai and the Metaverse. She is specialised in contemporary art and digital art.
She is the co-Director of XXNFT, a platform about women and NFT, and the Infinity Art Museum, the first ever-evolving museum of contemporary art on the metaverse. She is the co-curator of the Decentral Art Pavilion at the next Venice Biennale 2023.
She has participated in the talks about art and new technologies at: NFT London NY, RENDЯ Festival, Crypto A.M summit, Sotheby’s, Dcentral Miami, and 100Women x Davos during the World Economic Forum.
Florencia Bruck
Florencia S.M. Bruck is an Argentinian artist and entrepreneur born to a German mother and Italo-Argentinian father and raised between Milan and Buenos Aires.
In 1996, she moved to Washington DC and founded “9th Insight”, a dotcom programming company with a marketing and communications division that develops and creates internet projects for major organizations such as Discovery Channel, The World Bank, The International Finance Corporation, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft Xbox, Mediaset, the Smithsonian Institution, IMF, Marriot and Alcatel-Lucent, among others.
Founder of Decentral Art Pavilion, the first mayor NFT Exhibition during the Venice Art Biennale 2022, featured over 400 NFT artworks by 87+ leading international artists shaping the NFT space including Beeple, Piter Pasma, Coldie, Hackatao ,Trevor Jones, Snowfro and XCOPY among others.
Dr Frances Liddell
Frances Liddell is a researcher, writer, advisor, and lecturer working at the intersection of museum practice and web3 technologies. Her PhD research was one of the first pieces of empirical research done on museum theory and NFTs. In partnership with National Museums Liverpool, it explored how this technology might challenge our understanding of ownership, authority, authenticity, and social value. Her current research focuses primarily on the themes of value, shared guardianship, and psychological ownership.
Frances is currently a part-time lecturer at University of Manchester teaching Arts Management and Business Strategies. In addition, she is a research fellow at the Arts & Antiquities Blockchain Consortium. She also works on a part-time basis with Iconic Moments, a web3 platform dedicated to cultural and heritage institutions.
Diane Drubay
Diane Drubay has been working towards the transformation of museums and the arts internationally since 2007 through various community building, international conferences on the future of museums and change programs.
Founder of We Are Museums, a community-powered think-tank on the future of museums which are good for people and the Planet, Diane is also a visual artist nudging for nature awareness and better futures.
Her artistic practice, and life, shifted in March 2021 when she started minting on hic et nunc (NFT marketplace on the Tezos blockchain). The low financial threshold, thanks to the proof-of-stake mechanism, or social, thanks to the values of openness and sustainability of the community, provided a space for piloting new models. A few months after, she co-founded the NFT artist-led gallery alterHEN to experiment with a new cultural economy and form of artistic distribution.
She is now Head of Arts and Culture at TZ Connect, the Tezos hub in Berlin, where she facilitates collaboration and leads strategy around web3 future prototyping across arts and culture.
Dr. Alfredo Cramerotti - Moderator
Alfredo Cramerotti is Director of Mostyn contemporary art museum in the UK, President of IKT international Association of Curators of Contemporary Art, and Adviser to the UK Government Art Collection, the British Council Visual Arts Acquisition Committee and the Italian Ministry of Culture for its 2022-24 programme.
He also works as independent curator in NFT and crypto art, co-directing with Auronda Scalera IAM-Infinity Art Museum (launching March 2023), a collecting and commissioning contemporary art museum on the blockchain, and Multiplicity / XXNFT, a publishing and curatorial platform focusing on the work and value of diversity in art and society.
