Manchester & Chemnitz 40th Twinning Anniversary

Grassroots arts organisations, PROFORMA (Manchester, UK) and Begehungen (Chemnitz, Germany) are excited to host our cities 40th Anniversary twinning celebrations this October. Featuring artist residencies and collaborations with Johannes Richter (CMZ) + Omari Taylor (MCR) + Sara Richter-Höhlich (CMZ) & Darren Nixon (MCR) and exhibitions in spaces across Manchester including SOUP and Longsight Art Space. Curated by IKT Member Chris Bailkoski, there will also be a live music event with Marco Woolf (MCR) + Peter Piek (CMZ) + Priceless Bodies (MCR) at city centre venue SOUP.
