Barcelona Gallery Weekend celebrates the opening of the season with a special programme in the most relevant art galleries of Barcelona and L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. The exhibitions, previously selected by BGW committee, are complemented with a complete agenda of guided visits, talks, encounters, performances, presentations and other activities around contemporary and modern art.

Barcelona Gallery Weekend, a project by Art Barcelona, seeks to showcase and reinforce the rich and varied artistic scene of Barcelona, promote art collecting and highlight the work of the galleries, as culture generating spaces open to all citizens, and the artists they represent. From September 19th to 22nd, 2024, Barcelona Gallery Weekend celebrates its 10th anniversary. Save the date to discover Barcelona's art scene!
